Reckitt Benckiser PLC is planning to sell its £2bn food division to help fund the takeover of Mead Johnson. Ben Harrington, Business Journalist and Editor at Betaville Blog says, “Kraft Heinz could be a bidder for the food division”.
Kraft Heinz had dropped its bid for Unilever in February.
